It seems to be from back in the day when all things were built for longevity. Brand new electric water heater. Gas heat and a gas line at the fireplace. The triple front windows match the triple windows in the dining room. The skeleton key front door is something else that catches my attention. If this was my house I would certainly restore that front arch-wire fencing w/ball knob post. It would make a great nostalgic accent. Sturdy hardwood, lapboard, undamaged siding needs painted.
