Woody Hamilton grew up on Signal Mountain, graduated from The Baylor School in Chattanooga and went to college at Auburn University. In 2010 Woody became an affiliate broker/realtor and started working with the Hamilton Group in Chattanooga. In 2014 he continued his real estate endeavors and became a licensed broker. Before Woody became a realtor and a broker, he practiced real estate law in both Alabama and Tennessee for over nine years. Although he still maintains his license to practice law in Tennessee, he’s decided he would rather work with buyers and sellers and help them achieve their real estate goals. Woody’s experience as an attorney, specifically in contracts, negotiations, and dealing with title issues has proven extremely valuable to our clients. Along with his law degree, Woody also holds an M.B.A. from Auburn University. Woody has served on the Grievance Committee and the Information Hub Committee for the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors® and has been on the board of directors for Signal Mountain Golf and Country Club for several years. Woody enjoys playing golf and lives on Signal Mountain with his wife Meredith and their two children, daughter Rees and son Hale III.
